USB LI-ION LIPO BATTERY CHARGER

This is the Micro Lipo USB LiIon/LiPoly Charger is a tiny lipo charger that’s easy to use and handy enough to keep in any project box. The Lipo charger has onboard contacts and plugs into any USB port. Plug in a 3.7V/4.2V lithium polymer or lithium ion rechargeable battery into the JST plug on the other end. It features two LEDs, one red and green. The red indicates that it’s charging and the green indicates when it’s fully charged and ready for use.

To keep the battery topped up, charging is performed in three stages: a preconditioning charge, a constant-current fast charge, and a constant-voltage trickle charge. It has a default 100mA charge current and will work with any size battery or USB port. For charging batteries with 500mAh size or larger, it can easily change over to 500mA mode by soldering closed the jumper on the back.
