How Can I Return a Product?

                 iFuture Technology reserves the right to accept products for return at its discretion. Eligibility of a product for return will be expressly mentioned on the Website. Only sealed, undamaged and unused items may be returned. Any expenses incurred for the process of returning a product back to iFuture Technology will be borne by the buyer and iFuture Technology reserves the right to recover such cost from the buyer by any means at its disposal if the buyer does not bear the expense.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

  • BEFORE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED:- iFuture Technology reserves the right to accept products for return at its discretion. Eligibility of a product for return will be expressly mentioned on the Website. Only sealed, undamaged and unused items may be returned. Any expenses incurred for the process of returning a product back to iFuture Technology will be borne by the buyer and iFuture Technology reserves the right to recover such cost from the buyer by any means at its disposal if the buyer does not bear the expense.

  • AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED:- In a case where the order has been shipped and customer would like to cancel the order, then as the order would have left our premises, we cannot cancel the order. But the customer should not accept the order, and ask the courier to return back to us, without opening the parcel. The refund will be initiated within 3 business days after the parcel has been received back at our office.

    In such scenarios, the customer would have to pay 5% order cancellation charge, and the packing and shipping charge, and return shipping charge. We will initiate the refund to customer, the balance after charging the customer for order cancellation fees, forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge. If the customer has opened the parcel, then the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 5 business days.
