How to Avail Input Tax Credit (ITC)

If you are placing an order on behalf of your business, firm, educational institution, or enterprise, simply enter your 15-digit GSTIN during checkout when prompted or while choosing your payment method. Upon successful placement, an automated tax invoice featuring your business legal name, address, and GSTIN prominently displayed will be dispatched to your registered email address. You can also re-download full PDF GST invoices anytime from your My Account > Orders dashboard.

Omitted GSTIN Details at Checkout?

If you inadvertently omitted your GSTIN number while finalizing your purchase, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID and GST certificate copy. Important Notice: Tax details can only be amended prior to the completion of that fiscal quarter’s returns. Once our statutory returns are filed, modifications to issued invoices cannot be processed retroactively.

GST Exemption for International Orders

Indian GST is not applicable to orders shipped outside of the Republic of India. When you select an overseas shipping destination at checkout, the GST component is automatically excluded from your bill. For international customs duties, local import taxes, or commercial proforma invoices, feel free to coordinate with our export desk via email or WhatsApp.
