MX3212 MX3212B TOY CAR DRIVER IC CHIP

MX3212 is an integration for high-current toy cars Drive solutions. The circuit contains two independent Darlington tube drive channels. A single Darlington collector can output 100mA. The electricity channel can be widely used in relay drive, lighting drive, display drive Motion (LED) and logic buffer. The circuit also integrates a power NMOS drive circuit, which can be used to drive Power NMOS turns on and off quickly. This circuit has a larger Current drive capability, drive power NMOS tube switching speed is less than 1us. The input terminal is directly connected to the open-drain output signal or directly to the microcontroller.
