DC 12V Temperature Basd Fan Speed Controller For Cooler Fan

This controller can only control a 12V standard 4-wire PWM fan. It controls the internal circuit speed of the 4-wire fan by outputting a PWM signal, without turning off the fan power or changing the fan voltage. It cannot control 2-wire, 3-wire, and non-standard PWM fans

Working And Setup:

Factory default values for setting parameters: low speed 20%, acceleration temperature 30 ℃, acceleration width 5 ℃. Under this temperature setting, holding the thermal probe with the palm of your hand will accelerate after a while, and if the probe is clamped into the armpit, it will generally reach full speed within 2 minutes.

1. When the temperature probe is not installed, it is purely manual: click/double click (double click speed should not be too fast) to shift up/down. After each gear change and continuing to run for 20 seconds, the gear will be automatically stored. Within 20 seconds, the No. 2 indicator light will flash rapidly. When the flash stops, it indicates that the gear has been stored. When in the position where it cannot continue to increase/decrease, the indicator light 3/1 will remain on.

After installing the temperature probe, the initial low speed (bottom line speed) is manually adjusted. When the temperature exceeds the acceleration temperature, the fan speed smoothly accelerates with the increase of temperature. When the temperature reaches or exceeds the sum of the acceleration temperature and the acceleration width (i.e. full speed temperature), the fan is at full speed.
