UART TTL TO RS485 TWO-WAY CONVERTER

Use this module to convert Serial TTL to RS485. RS485 can transfer data up to 1200 meters long distance through a wired cable. This module can also be used to communicate with MODBUS devices. You can use this module to interface a microcontroller with UART with a MODBUS device. It has an automatic flow control detection and will switch the converter as transmitter or receiver based on the data flow direction. No need to use complicated RE/DE lines to set the data flow direction.

This is a module that allows the TTL interface of the microcontroller to be transferred to the RS485 module. It is generally used for industrial automation. This module adds ESD Surge protection on the RS485 and anti-interference circuits. This greatly helps in industrial environments.

It uses a standard 2.54 mm pitch design. It supports communication between multiple microcontrollers, allowing up to 128 devices on the bus. It can be hot-swapped in order to prevent signal interference, it carries out a large area of copper keepout for better noise immunity.

This module works on 3.3v to 5v, it is compatible with ESP3, ESP8266, Arduino UNO, Raspberry Pi & Pico boards.
