This is a logic test pen. You can measure the level without using a multimeter. It is convenient and quick.

• Three states show: high, low, high resistance (disconnect) High and low level (VCC=5V):
  • Red light (high level) – more than 2.4V
  • Green light (low level) – 0.6V
  • Blue light – 0.6-2.4V or disconnect
