IRF520 MOSFET DRIVER MODULE ARM RASPBERRY PI
₹35.00
You save
- Output load voltage :0-24V
- Output load current: <5A (1A above need to add heat sink)
- Platform: Arduino, MCU, ARM, raspberry pie
- Using original IRF520 Power MOS, you can adjust the output PWM
- Arduino drive up to 24V allows the load, such as LED lights, DC motors, miniature pumps, solenoid valves
- PWM dimming LED can be used to achieve stepless dimming, variable speed motor
The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is mainly designed as a replacement for Relays and can be used with Arduino, Raspberry Pi and various other microcontroller boards as well. It is designed in such a way that it can be used to switch heavy DC loads from a single digital pin of microcontroller units.IRF520 MOSFET Driver useful to generate signals of 12v or even 24v from the 5v signals. 12v or higher voltage signals were used in older equipment.
This Board uses IRF520 MOSFET as the controlled device. For easy hook-up to microcontroller, three separate pins are provided for VCC, GND and IO. It can be used to control up to 24v with 5A DC load. Make sure to use an additional heatsink with the MOSFET. It also has Screw terminals to easily connect the high loads that use a bigger diameter of wires. An LED indicator provides a visual indication of when your load is being switched. The driver works only with a Minimum trigger Voltage of 4 and above and so not suitable for direct drive from any microcontrollers which works with 2.9v – 3.3v.
