4 CHANNEL IRF540 MOSFET SWITCH MODULE

IRF540 Isolation Power Module Electronic Block 4 Channel MOSFET Switch can supply up to four groups of electronic switches to control different circuit blocks.MOSFET is an electronic device with good switching characteristics.
